Instant Parboiled Rice is a specially processed, premium quality instantized rice that is enriched for the US market. This product is characterized by its uniformity and flexible cooking preparation, which produces plump kernels upon rehydration.

Typical Preparation Instructions:

As a general rule, Instant Parboiled Rice will absorb 1 cup of water per 1 cup of rice.

For stove top applications;

Bring water to a boil, stir in rice, bring back to a boil, and cover. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes, or until water is absorbed. Fluff before serving.

PLEASE NOTE: Heat to 165° F prior to consumption.
