Instant White Rice is specially processed, non-enriched, premium quality instantized rice. Fast Instant Rice is characterized by a faster re-hydration rate than regular instant rice and is ideal for instant cup-of-meal/ soup applications. Its uniformity produces fluffy, plump kernels upon rehydration.

Typical Preparation Instructions:

As a general rule, Fast Instant Rice will absorb 1 cup of water per 1 cup of rice after 4 minutes in boiling water or after 5-6 minutes in water that is 170° F.

For instant cup-of-meal/soup applications;

add approximately 1 cup of boiling water to 1 cup of rice. Stir, cover, and let stand for 3½ to 4 minutes, or until water is absorbed. Stir before serving.

For stove top applications;

Bring water to a boil, stir in rice, and cover. Remove from heat and let stand for 3 to 4 minutes, or until water is absorbed. Fluff before serving.

PLEASE NOTE: Heat to 165° F prior to consumption.
